provide construction draw inspection and verification services. We fill the need
for a disinterested third party who verifies the construction draw items are complete at
the time of our inspection. This includes 203k and conventional construction loan
programs.
We have software that allows us to put your clients draw items on a form that is easy
to follow and helps you keep track of the amounts the client has earned and how much they
are requesting. In many cases these numbers are the same.
We also can provide full construction management services. We will hire the
contractor, verify the project is on schedule, verify the materials are being scheduled in
a professional manner to help insure the job progresses at a rapid pace.
