The qualified appraiser accepts the appraisal order and selects a specific date and time from day and times selected by the borrower. If the first appraiser selected dos not respond within a specified time the order is automatically offered to the next appraiser in your list.
You and your borrower receive an instant e-mail when the appraiser has accepted the appraisal order with the time of the appointment.
